12 Weeks
to the Floor
Our 12 Weeks to the Floor training program is an intensive, hands-on educational experience designed to prepare aspiring salon professionals for success in the industry and our salon. Over the course of 12 weeks, participants receive comprehensive training in technical skills, customer service, and salon operations.
The program focuses on key areas such as cutting, coloring, styling, and product knowledge, all while providing real-world experience through practical, on-the-floor practice in a live salon environment. Trainees work closely with experienced mentors who guide them through the latest trends, tools, and techniques, ensuring they are fully prepared to take on clients confidently and efficiently.
The program is structured to accelerate learning, with a mix of structured lessons, demonstrations, and opportunities to apply skills in a supportive, professional setting. By the end of the program, participants are not only equipped with technical expertise but also with the business acumen to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven salon.

Revive Salon has 2 locations. One located in beautiful & vibrant downtown White Bear Lake, MN, the other a short drive away in the beautiful setting of Stillwater, MN. We are an Aveda salon​ dedicated to improving the lives of our clients. In our business we strive for success. We believe success comes through hard work, education, and passion for our industry.
